The hotel is centrally located in Miraflores, just a 5 minutes walk from the ocean, surrounded by restaurants, bars, and shops. The rooms are spacious and clean, although a bit dark at times and the fridge could improve its cooling. The service is excellent, with helpful staff offering valuable local information. The dining experience is good overall with room for improvement. The location is strategic, offering convenience and safety.
My stay at the hotel was excellent overall. The rooms provided a comfortable place for me to rest while awaiting the rearranged flight. They were clean and spacious, although a bit dark even with all lights on, and the fridge didn't keep our drinks cold. The service was top-notch, with wonderful staff like Araceli, Alan, Peter, Erica, and Luis who were professional, pleasant, and eager to fulfill any needs or requests. The location, just a block off the main road in Miraflores, was strategic, offering easy access to everything I needed within walking distance. The dining experience was delightful, with a delicious buffet that was as good as any I've had in hotels worldwide.
My stay was a mixed bag at this hotel. On the bright side, the room they moved me to after my complaint was spacious and clean, with a very nice bathroom. It was also conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk from the Miraflores waterfront walking trail. However, it was a bit frustrating that the room wasn't ready until 3 p.m.
The hotel is located superbly in the Miraflores area, near Parque Kennedy and the coastline, with good restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable; my first room was a bit dark facing a building, but the staff quickly moved me to a bright room. The service was top-notch, the best I've experienced in Peru, extremely nice and helpful. The dining experience offered everything expected but could use more selections. The facilities were great, with all necessary amenities available.
The hotel was spacious and comfortable with an excellent shower, though it took ages to get hot. Despite the rooms not being ready upon arrival, the size was certainly large, just what I wanted, although it was a little dark even with every light turned on.
